Membership of the Cotton Owners and Enthusiasts Club is open to anyone with an interest in Cotton Motorcycles. The membership is Worldwide and includes owners, enthusiasts and former Cotton Motorcycles employees. The Cotton Owners and Enthusiasts Club provides members with a quarterly newsletter, annual social meeting at the Gloucester Folk Museum, access to the official club archivist and a number of model specialists.
